Lemon Laws
February 24th, 2008 | by admin |Enough is enough. Time to take advantage of the local lemon laws. I’m not going to get stuck with a worthless piece of trash for the amount of money I paid. I’m sick and tired of being jerked around.
All the Texas Lemon Laws are on my side, here. This dealer doesn’t have a leg to stand on. I’m going to eat him for breakfast in court, and he’ll have no one but himself to blame.
Gone are the days when you could take a man at his word in business. It’s a shame that I’m forced to sue - it would cost this guy less to do the right thing, but I guess he’s hoping I’ll give up. Keep dreaming, buddy.
