Bankruptcy Or Credit Management?

July 21st, 2008 | by admin |

What are some of the differences between filing for bankruptcy and using a credit management agency?

While using a credit management agency, it will show up on your credit score and will lower your score while you are using the program.

However, when you are done with the program it will show on your credit report as having had on time payments and nothing else.

This option is actually sometimes offered as part of Bankruptcy Services.

While bankruptcy might wipe out your current debt, it will show on your credit report and score for ten years which won't be good when you need an new care or a new home to live in.
