Patent infringement

March 26th, 2008 | by admin |

Making even a slightest modification to others  patent  is called patent infringement. Since the law makes it nearly impossible for such situation it should be borne in mind that legal actions can be initiated against anyone doing so. Applying for a patent out of others invention may be easy but getting one is not. This can cause restlessness in fact more for the actual inventor. With limitations and demerits of the patenting system it is better on the part of a genuine inventor before hand to get into mentioning in detail the descriptions and specifications of his invention in his application. This also avoids others to exploit the invention.
