Thinking About Charitable Trusts

May 31st, 2008 | by admin |

I’ve been reading up on
Charitable Trusts and learned some surprising things. For example, you can use them to save on taxes before you pass away, while still drawing income from your gift.
The more I learn about Donor Advised Funds, the more interested I become in using charitable trusts as a way to save on taxes and support causes I believe in at the same time.
The hardest part will be dividing the funds among the various charities I want to support.
