A new project to improve customer relations
November 23rd, 2007 | by admin |One of the tasks I have been assigned as a sales director is selecting new software. I have started to compile a list of CRM software vendors with a final view to selecting an appropriate solution. I have a rough matrix roughed out that I am using to determine what features are the most important. I am also required to hold a meeting between senior business personnel and the IT department to assess any compatibility or priority considerations. I am looking forward to this challenge.
