Offshore Business Process Outsourcing

When the job is contracted to some office that is located outside the company’s own country, it is called as Offshore Business Process Outsourcing. Sometimes the term near shore outsourcing is used when the job is contracted to some BPO that is located in a neighboring country. In case the BPO that has been contracted with the job is situated within the country the company is in, it is called as on shore outsourcing.
