Government Glitches with Small Business Banking

April 20th, 2009 | by admin |

Convincing the government that you are trying to run a legitimate business is not always an easy thing to do. Many small businesses are based off of a hobby of some sort (whether it is a craft or clothing idea). Because of this type of “hobby business” it is difficult for the government to see that you are in fact trying to grow a business. Keeping a personal bank account for small business purposes becomes increasingly hard for the government to see that you are not using this business for personal use, but rather for selling the products that you have made. With more and more businesses that specialize in custom made products becoming available today, it is becoming easier to convince the government of legitimacy. Once your business expands accordingly, you may want to consider doing business banking.
