And the writers himself request the publication to consider and publish his work. After that, editor’s team evaluates the work whether it is appropriate for the publishing or not. If they find the work suitable according to the taste of public and if the work has money value, publisher will publish that particular work after having a discussion with writer on royalty that has to be paid him/her. There are several legal terms that are concern in regard with the deal between writer and publisher.
