Problems with Outsourcing

One of the biggest problems of outsourcing is quality of services. Last year, I had a company in the Philippines attending to the customer service calls of my company. During this year, I've received a lot of complaints from my customers. All of them seem to be upset on the poor quality of services provided to them by our customer service. I met with the head of the outsource company and decided to revoke their contract. I knew that the work would be costly if done by my local employees but I decided that this was the best way to do. After all, I did not want to lose my customers over our customer support. That would be 'penny-wise and pound foolish.'
