Upgrading My Human Resources Skills
March 20th, 2009 | by admin |I have been working as an assistant in the human resources department of my company, and I really like it. I am thinking of going back to school so that I can get a job as a recruiter. I have been asking to be sent to the Human Resource Seminars that have been going on in our area lately in order to upgrade my skills a bit. Since it is related to my job I have been able to go to a couple of them and it has increased my determination to stay in this field. I am hoping I can find a good program I can do while still keeping my job.
