September 24th, 2008 | by admin |If you want to work as a technician in digital imaging, you need some qualifications. One of the first qualifications to become a digital imaging technician is a NVQ and SVQ in Digital Imaging. This is now offered by many colleges.
Also you need to have good computer operating skills. You also need to possess, a working knowledge of image manipulation software like Photoshop.
You should also have considerable experience with desktop publishing software, like, illustrator, InDesign or Quark.
It would be very helpful if you have a TEC Higher National Certificate or Diploma in Art and Design, or a BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design.
