In every organization there is depreciation when it comes to the equipment and hymnals. These items need to be replaced on a fairly regular basis and this can become very expensive for the church. It has many competing different projects that all need attention and money.
One of the best ways the church can save money is through the purchase of a projection software system. The projection software will involve an initial investment of money but it can pay for itself many times over. Think about how much can be saved if you no longer need to purchase replacement hymnals. The church can be set up so that a projection software system can project the words to the songs or Bible verses onto a large screen where everyone can clearly see them. The congregation can sing the songs and read the Bible verses along with the pastor.
