Don’t Accept The Problem Is Just Getting Older!

Getting older our bodies tend to fall apart, sure, but this is more often than not because we aren’t taking proper care of ourselves. It is often preventable if we notice the signs, and many things people think they can’t escape, well, they certainly can. When I was younger I had thick hair as beautiful as the morning sun, and a few years back I hit 45 years old and noticed my hair was thinning pretty badly. I attributed it to my age but my son who would often listen to me make excuses, told me that that’s ridiculous. He went home and read some websites on hypothyroid hair loss and causes and was as astonished as I was to learn that this had nothing to do with age really, it was more about taking care of myself. When I went to my doctor he prescribed me some medication and told me to eat certain foods, get vitamins in my diet and drink water. He said my thyroid was lacking nutrition and this was a major part of the reason my hair is thinning. Today my hair is growing in thick and my health is much better. Thinning hair is a sign of bad health and health is something you can always change!
