Is It Likely a Judge Will Grant Child Custody Modifications?
December 23rd, 2008 | by admin |We have decided that we would like to change our custody agreement, and we are wondering how likely it is that a judge will grant us a Child Custody Modification. Right now the kids end up switching houses too often and they find it a bit too disruptive, also, my ex-husband is moving further away. We want to make it so that he gets them for summer vacation and every other holiday break from school. That way they will mainly be in the same place, but they will still get to spend some time with their dad during the year.
