Coalition Against Insurance Fraud, as its name suggests, was formed to combat the rising incidents of insurance fraud that have been plaguing the United States in recent years. Its activities mostly include educating the public and the lobbying of state and federal officials for better enforcement of laws against insurance fraud or lobbying for the passage of laws to combat the same. These activities, when successful, will lead to more accessible insurance plans and lower premiums.
