Owning A Gym
September 24th, 2008 | by admin |When I began the quest to own my own gym, I wanted to help people to focus on becoming more healthy and well-rounded in every area of their life. I wanted to own a place which could offer not only exercise with great quality samson weight lifting equipment, but also nutrition classes, sports teams for tournaments such as basketball and volleyball and even massage therapists to help people to relax. My dream is now a reality and I enjoy seeing people come in almost desperate for help, and then watching them work hard as they change their appearance on the outside as well as how they feel on the inside.
