The favorite in the list for most people is ‘diet’. Among the top 10 diet resolutions that people make, the more common ones are, resolving to eat a good and healthy breakfast especially among the career oriented lot who tend to skip the morning meal, switch to a vegetarian diet, cut down on fatty foods, sign up at the newest gym in town, check out at least one of the top 10 diets which most people seem to be following and last but not the least exercise more often, which somehow seems to be the first of the lot to go out the window .
