The Connection between Exercise and Hypertension

Did you realize that it’s possible to lower your high blood pressure by making some lifestyle changes?  Of course, you should always seek medical advice whenever you have a problem as serious as hypertension but according to the American Heart Association, some exercise on a daily basis and losing some weight will help to bring your numbers down closer to an acceptable level.  If you’re on high blood pressure medication, continue to take it but make these lifestyle changes and talk to your doctor about the possibility of you going off of your medication once you bring the numbers down naturally.
