Using Interior Design To Make Your Room Look Larger

There are certain ways that you can use interior design to allow your rooms to look larger than they are.  One way is to incorporate light into the room.  Light makes all rooms look larger than those rooms that are dark.  Make sure that wood is painted white and there are light colors on the walls, as well as carpeting, so that you can make the room look larger.  You can also arrange furniture in a way that allows the room to look larger.  One rule of thumb is to place the largest object against the longest wall.  While this may not be possible in all cases, this type of interior design should be used whenever possible.  Lighter colored fabrics as well as furnishings and removing clutter from the room will also make it appear larger.  Interior design to make your room look larger uses light and furnishing placements effectively
