A top small TV for restricted space

There are so many makes and models to choose form that it is tough to know which TV to buy. I was reading an online review and discovered that the 15” flat Phillips LCD TV has been getting good feedback. I have small space requirements and do not have a large budget for some of the bigger models. I hope to get this TV in time for the New Year. I have needed a TV for quite some time but just haven’t had the time to look into it.
